How do I use Rosin?
For dance use, Rosin is often spread
into a tray or container. The dancers step in the tray and crush a small
amount of rosin on to the soles of their shoes before returning to the
dance floor.
Powdered Rosin needs no prior preparation.
For sporting use it may be applied directly to the hands or equipment
as required. For dance use it may be used in the same way as Rock Rosin
or alternatively it can be applied directly to the dance floor using
a multi-holed shaker or sprinkled using a tea strainer.
General opinion seems to be that
Powdered Rosin is a superior product to the more commonly used Rock
Rosin.
